Everyone does it from time to time.

If you have forgotten your password on the initial login screen, there is a “Forgot Password” option!

Press this option to navigate to the “Forgot Password” screen. Enter your email address, hit “Send Email,” and you will be sent a recovery code to the email address you entered. This can be used to create a new password.

IMPORTANT: Please check your junk folder if the email hasn’t appeared, or make sure that noreply@zoazi.run is added to the approved senders list by your email provider.

Once you have entered the recovery code and pressed “Next,” you can choose a new password as long as it meets the following criteria:

• 8 characters
• 1 number
• 1 lowercase character
• 1 uppercase character

After you have entered your new password, hit “Next,” then you’re ready to sign in!
