The coaching tab is used for a chat-based dialogue with the Zoazi coach, as you progress through your plan Zoazi continues to analyse the runs and will occasionally generate coaching dialogues based upon this analysis.

If you have new coaching dialogue available to you, there will be a blue dot on the coaching tab as shown below. the runs and will occasionally generate coaching dialogues based upon this analysis.

If you have a new coaching dialogue available to you there will be a blue dot on the coaching tab as shown below.

If you tap on this coaching dialogue tab it will take you to the coaching chat interface.

From this screen you can engage in dialogue with the Zoazi coach based upon his recommended advice, the result of this dialogue can result in small changes to your Zoazi training plan to better reflect you.
